During this time, the client will master techniques and incorporate fitness regularly into their weekly routines, as well as seeing gains in strength, stamina, and energy levels. Paired with a customised nutrition plan clients will also see a reduction in body fat and an increase in lean muscle.
This program is intended to maximise the potential of any client, no matter their level of experience, in order to achieve their goals. The program is divided into three phases, where techniques of progressive overload are applied to progress the client through the program, and avoid hitting plateaus. A re-assessment is carried out mid-way through the program to monitor progress and to ensure clients are on track to meet their goals, with any necessary nutrition and/or training adjustments made. At the end of the 12-weeks clients will receive a body composition report; outlining the progress they have made through the balance of regular exercise and proper nutrition.

An exciting new 45 minute class for up to 20 participants. With specialist instructors, to challenge, motivate and push you to your "Xtreme", our Xtreme-45 classes are a HIIT vs Bootcamp style session, in a new super motivated class experience.
Classes are a high intensity 45 minute session, using functional movements and strength training to push each and every client out of their comfort zones, and to achieve great results in a short time. Exercises are adapted to suit each client's strength and fitness levels, so everyone is welcome :) Classes are challenging but enjoyable.
Each session is different and always motivating. Our group sessions are a great way to progress with your health and fitness goals alongside others, supporting and motivating each other along the way.
