Having a strong core helps to protect and support the lower back, improves posture, helps to prevent injury, and increases your overall strength. Core stability comes first, then core strength. Start with a few minutes of core work every day, or every other day, and you'll shortly see and feel the improvements 💥👌🏼

Arms Blast 💥 Great for the bingo wings 💪🏼Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension. I Superset these with a Bicep exercise like Bicep Curls, with short rest breaks, slow negatives

Resistance Band Crab Walks x 20, straight into Step-Ups x 12 reps each leg (x3)
Leg Press 3 x 12-15 reps
Weighted Kick-Backs on Stairmaster (45 secs work, 15 secs rest x 3)
Weighted Jump Squats on Stairmaster (45 secs work, 15 secs rest x 3)
Hip Thrusts 3 x 12-15 reps
Squats 3 x 12 reps
